CIRB STAKEHOLDERS,
 

The CIRB’s Annual Principal Investigator Worksheet and Quickguide have been revised to reflect changes to the following questions:

• Questions 15a and 15b – Clarified text for assessing potential study participant’s mental capacity and understanding of the consent document and how the study is assessed.
• Question 20c has been removed.  This information will now be captured in the revised  question 8e on the Annual Signatory Institution Worksheet.

The CIRB's Annual Signatory Institution Worksheet has been revised to reflect changes to the following questions:

• Question 8e - Modified text to include receiving and resolving complaints or concerns regarding the investigators and/or research study team.
